THE YEAR VP RACING MADE EUROPE HOME.

A EUROPEAN SUPPLIER, BOUGHT OUTRIGHT

In July 2026 VP Racing Fuels acquired Pro Energy Fuel Limited, a European supplier of aviation gasoline, racing fuels, oils and related products.

The distinction that matters to a European customer is ownership rather than arrangement. A distributor agreement is a contract that can lapse. An acquisition is a company, with staff, stock and an address, and it does not go away when a contract year ends.

Alan Cerwick, VP Racing's president and chief executive, described the deal as giving the company a true operational foundation in continental Europe, and placed it alongside a longer-term direction in sustainable fuel technology.

SLIGO, WROCŁAW, ROTTERDAM

The European headquarters is in Sligo, on Ireland's north-west coast, with further operations in Wrocław and in Rotterdam.

Behind every drum is a supply chain. Rotterdam provides global access, Wrocław strengthens regional distribution, and Sligo anchors VP Racing's European operation. Together, they help ensure fuel arrives where the next race, event, or customer needs it.

These aren't satellite offices supporting someone else's operation. Together, they form the foundation of VP Racing's European business.

FOUR DISCIPLINES, AND AN AVIATION BUSINESS

The stated effect is expanded support across European drag racing, road racing, rally and karting, and wider access to consumer performance fuel across Europe and the UK.

Pro Energy also brought two things VP did not previously have in Europe: infrastructure supporting expanded Avgas availability, and a 100% sustainable racing fuel meeting FIA and FIM requirements.

That last one is worth sitting with. A fuel that satisfies both sanctioning bodies and is entirely sustainable is not a marketing position. It is the shape of what European motorsport regulation is going to require, arriving before the requirement does.
